What sparked your interest in fashion design?
I’ve always loved design; my mother was a fashion designer and she was taught by her mother, so it definitely runs in the family.
How do you gather your inspiration, and what does your design process look like?
I love to travel and no matter where I go I’m always taking in information on colours, shapes and textures. Nature is my greatest inspiration when it comes to finding balance in color. Orchids are one of the most classy and elegant flowers out there. They’re a bit difficult to grow but when you are successful it feels like something worth celebrating. Orchids hold a special place in my heart because they remind me a lot of my grandmother – she was my introduction to the elegant bloom.
